The extra fuse is inserted and the Beocord 8000 now fully works. Plays fine. Thanks for the help!

        Kind regards,

          Thanks MArk,

So I did, and discovered normal Ohm and closed circuits on the secondary side. All normal. Then there’s an extra fuse inside the transformer housing, a bit har to open. But that was broken into pieces. So stole the one from a pcb next to the tape drive, and it turns on 😉

So, tomorrow I am out for fuses and see if the capstan will turn and thereby allowing the heads to stay in play etc. The solenoid moves the heads now, but retracts. Let’s say or hope, that is because of the fuse I removed. Belt looks fine and everything is clean inside. 3 capacitors on the pcb just behind the transformer, has been changed.

Thanks for answering. Very kind of you.

          Kind regards,

          Redfox.

And here’s the Beocord 8000, now with power on:

          så kører vi
