Has anyone experiencing crakling sound?

You can check with the room compensation function. It was like that before, but now keep crackling like something wrong with the bass.

Looks like I am not the only one experiencing the problem after software update. Both of my Levels are dead now. Mic dead. crackling sound from speakers. Reset, reboot, hard reset, evening taking out the battery won’t soft the problem. And then it can’t be switched on unless the magnetic charger is attached.

B&O said I will need to send back the speakers for servicing. And the new policy is that no packing materials will be provided. Be careful guys.
