MMC20 Type A cartridge

Does anyone have any information on the MMC20 Type A cartridge?
Purchased in mid 1970s, it has original (opened) box and appears to have 75 micron stylus for 78s and never used. Obviously no good on B&O turntables because of speed limitation. But perhaps I can use it on old Thorens 125 with adapter.
