Loose connectors BE8000

Are there any secrets to making the wire ends remain in these sockets while closing up the top cover? Wires very loose in these two connectors. The rest are nice and snug in their sockets.
(1st try at adding attachment – will someone please let me know if the photo came through okay … thanks)
