Now that I am about to make some changes to my main setup – which includes an OPPO 103 player – it would be nice to get rid of the ir eye at the front of the player.

As some of you might know, the OPPO player had/has an option for a wired connection instead…..and there was a cable for sale from B&O previously.

If anyone (still) has one of these I’d be very interested.
Maybe someone knows the part number?
In the end maybe this is not such a ‘special’ cable at all….anyone (Steve)?

Just doing research for the Essence/IR problem on another thread, found this.

BeoPart 6271214. IR Blaster cable with 3.5mm jacks to RJ45

Thank you so much for caring.

However, this is not quite what I am looking for.
I do know the document……that Handbook is a must for all Beofans ?

Lucky me, I just had a message from a dear friend of mine.
He might have one for me.

          P.S.
When/if I get it, I’ll post a picture here – just in case others should be interested in knowing, how it looks.

          Edit!
The solution could be to keep one of the jacks and find someone with a crinping tool (or buy one) to exchange the other with a regular ir blaster (I have plenty of those laying around).
