Hi alls,

The (desirable) Beosystem 72-22 press kit shows the cabinet housing a Beosound Essence and a Beosound Core.

I bought a playmaker some time ago from a guy who wanted his (Beosound 5) setup to be updated and was sold a Beosound Essence and a Beosound Core.

I wonder what is the benefit of having both. Doesn’t the Core have and replace all the features of the Essence?

the Core + Transmitter are parts of the Beosystem 72-22

 

Edit: the housing of the Essence and the Transmitter are simular.
