      Hi Guys,

Wondering if any knows where the IR sensor is on the Beovision 11-55 as I wanted to use the Beo 4 remote to control an Amazon Fire Cube but I think it doesn’t use IR only Bluetooth even though B&O have a PUC table for the Fire Cube. (Unless anyone has successfully set it up?) So I think the only way is to use the Fire Cube’s IR to control the B&O using their remote.

      Thanks 🙂

Can you choose to control B&O TV’s in the Fire Cub settings?

if not there might be a risk that it doesn’t use 455khz Ir signals as used in B&O remotes.

The ir sensor of the BV11 is located at the top righ of the frame.

As for ir controlling of the Fire I have no personal experience and a google search does not bring any clarity.
Furthermore there might be different versions of the Fire device with different specs and different remotes?
This might be the explanation for the PUC entry for the Cube in the BV11 settings (??)

If your concern is, whether you may be able to control the BV using the Cube/remote/the built-in ir blaster function, you will not have any luck as Madskp already wrote.

Since there is no HDMI/CEC on the BV11, you’ll probably end up with two remotes.
