Beosound Theatre Spotify not working

My Spotify does not connect to my Beosound Theatre via wifi despite a full factory reset. It recognises the unit just when it’s playing, no sound comes out.
It works fine if the input source is via the HDMI TV playing Spotify.
Using airplay works but the sound quality is terrible compared to wifi playing.
It stopped working when it updated to 2.5.5 – I don’t know how I can reverse back to 2.5.3 either.
Could anyone assist?
i used to have the same problem, then i uninstalled and re-downloaded spotify premium apk modfyp, i was able to connect to Beosound Theater.
The upcoming Beosound Theatre release v3.2 includes a new Spotify SDK to solve the problem. We expect the release to be ready later this month. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Are you using the Premium package, or specifically another free android games package?
i used to have the same problem, then i uninstalled and re-downloaded spotify premium APK Mod, i was able to connect to Beosound Theater.
