Beoplay A6 and AppleTV 4k Remote Control Can’t Change Volume

My apple tv 4k remote can not change volume on my Beoplay A6. A6 is connected via Wifi. Volume icon moves up and down with remote, but no change in volume. For now I’m changing volume via the beoplay app on my iphone. Can this be fixed?
