Hello, I’m Pierre from France.
I have a beosound moment which was connected to two beolab 6000s.
I finally wanted to connect my beosound moment to a wireless speaker and I bought a BEOSOUND A9 MKII.
The sound is great, much better than the 6000 so I’m satisfied.
Only, I can’t select the A9 speaker in multiroom from the moment tablet ? I can only use the multiroom with the B&O app.
On youtube, there is a presentation of the moment with on the screen the possibility of clicking on “link” to select the speaker. Unfortunately this “link” is not visible on my moment tablet and I don’t understand why ??
In the current configuration, in the beolink column, I can clearly see the beosound A9. The connection was made automatically as long as I use the same wifi network.
Can you help me ?
Thanks

this feature has never been available on the Moment.
if the A9 plays f.e. Music the Link is shown (if both are in the same network) on the Moment. Then by selecting the A9 in the Link page, the Moment joins the A9.
The opposite: selecting the A9 to join on the Moment tablet is not possible. You need a remote, the app or join manually for the A9, if the Moment is playing something.
Note: this was normal behaviour when NL was introduced; every device could manually join other NL devices. This was the method for the Moment.
