BEOCENTRE 9300 new cd laser fitted now really distorted

      Hi guys please can you help me out with this . With old laser the cd would spin about 2 turns then stop and the cd door opened ,it would not read it at all. I ordered a new laser and fitted it and it now reads and plays but the sound is terrible as you can see in short video.

      any ideas please ?
