Beo Stage : red light pulsing

      Hello,

       

      I can’t reset factory my beo stage, but i can be connected with Wifi, Bluetooth, and ethernet. The software is updated, but nothing fix the problem.

       

      do you know a solution, please ? It’s possible to reset the firmware ? Or others solutions ?
