I have Beo Sound I type 2585 and the CD player is beyond repair. I have been using an external player plugged into the aux port. However now the CD buttons no longer function to access aux input.

What can i do to continue using this system. i enjoy the sound and would prefer to repair or find a way to keep using the unit. B&O service say it cant be repaired.

Is there any hardware hacks to access the aux input. or any recommendations.

        Dear Warrima,

What brand and type of CD player did you connect to the BeoSound?

If you have a Beo4 remote, you can open the A.Aux port with the A.Tape/A.Mem button.
